If you’re looking for a beautiful, serene spot to escape the hustle n bustle of daily life without driving hours to the mountains or to over-crowded beaches, come to VSL Retreat and Pavilion. It’s 88-acres of picturesque landscape surrounded by trees, creating a private space for you and your loved ones, team building, retreats, reunions, etc.
We are located within Boiling Springs/Chesnee area, in upstate South Carolina. Driving is 25 minutes to a plethora of restaurants, shopping, and most importantly Interstate-85.

We have a 3 bedroom/3 bathroom lodge with 2 living spaces, a 19x20 sq ft open pavilion, and a private lake with dock. We are set-up to accommodate a group of 14 guests. We have landscape to set-up family or team building games and festivities. 2 charcoal bbq grills for our outdoorsy guests or plenty of tables for an outdoor picnic. VSL has a stocked lake with a dock to go fishing or read a book.

Bronze Package:
 $175 rental rate Monday to Thursday
 $250 rental rate Friday to Sunday
 $75 service fee
 $125 deposit (w/ Driver’s License)
 1-Day usage: 6 Hrs
 Number of guests: 1 – 30
 Includes:
1) Pavilion, Pavilion Fireplace, Pavilion Benches, Pavilion Kitchen, 2 BBQ Grills, Pond, Fishing, and Dock
2) Exploring/hiking is allowed (but hike at your own risk and beware of wildlife in area)
3) Two restrooms

Silver Package:
 $350 rental rate Monday to Thursday
 $500 rental rate Friday to Sunday
 $75 service fee
 $200 deposit (w/ Driver’s License)
 1-Day usage: 8 Hrs
 Number of guests: 1- 75
 Includes:
1) Pavilion, Pavilion Fireplace, Pavilion Benches, Pavilion Kitchen, 2 BBQ Grills, Pond, Fishing, and Dock
2) Exploring/hiking is allowed (but hike at your own risk and beware of wildlife in area)

4) Two 120-quart large coolers
5) One Jon Boat with 2 Paddles (plus one Trolley motor and battery if requested)
6) One Foot Paddle Boat
7) Up to 8 Life Jackets

Gold Package:
 $700 rental rate Monday to Thursday
 $1000 rental rate Friday to Sunday
 $75 service fee
 $300 deposit (w/ Driver’s License)
 1-Day usage: 10 Hrs
 Number of guests: 1- 125
 Includes:
1) Pavilion, Pavilion Fireplace, Pavilion Benches, Pavilion Kitchen, 2 BBQ Grills, Pond, Fishing, and Dock
