Overall not bad , however the whole hotel smelled pretty unpleasant. I found that my bathroom could have been a little bit more cleaner (smelled bad also) so it wasn’t a nicest. Aircon wasn’t working at all and I’m guessing the whole system was broken, when I looked out my window every single room had theirs open as well.

The hotel itself was fine, problems at check in were unfortunate and the staff were wonderful, IT issues can happen anywhere. The room was a good size and other than ring marks in the bathroom it seemed clean. Evening meal was fine, and breakfast was good, i do prefer a buffet breakfast and this one didn't disappoint. Overall a good stay

Overall this hotel was ok but not not fantastic. Unfortunately our room as not clean when we arrived, and not cleaned properly throughout our 3 night stay. The floor was not hoovered at all and the bins were not fully emptied. Reception area lovely but the rest not so much!!

Staff were friendly and welcoming. Initially we were really excited by the Asian style menu on offer Unfortunately most of the items listed were not available. Nearly a dozen sandwich / wrap choices listed of which only 4 were able to be fulfilled This theme continued with the Asian style small plate offerings as well.
