We loved our stay at the Mill house and Spa.We have stayed quite a few times.We’re booked in again for another 4 nites in December. We enjoyed the breakfast and have not got anything that can be improved on.The cleaners were very friendly too. The staff at breakfast work very hard and we’re very efficient.Thank You.

Rooms do not have air con only a stand alone fan which is very noisy. Could not sleep with window open due to road noise. Saying that we would stay again but woud request a room away from the road.

Room was nothing like it showed in the photos. Bed was comfortable and clean. Room was very old and tiny. Bathroom was very old and had a big crack in the sink. Staff were lovely and very helpful. Couldn’t say anything bad about them

The journey from reception/restaurant to our room was rather long - two lift journeys and a walk across a bridge; unfortunately one of the lifts was out of order so we had to walk up three flights of stairs. Unfortunately my wife is not very mobile and struggled a bit. I don't remember anything during the booking process that mentioned that we could request a room on a low floor.
