The front desk was very accommodating but housekeeping was not. We asked twice for an iron and ironing board but we never received it. The air conditioning was not cool enough, one of the two sinks was very slow draining. It is time to update the rooms.

Staff were great, the food decent but the room was really dated. The shower leaked all over the bathroom floor, there was a lot of black mold on the deck and we had to walk through the gym to get to our room. We had stayed at the Amari in Vientiane the night before and were pleased with it. This place was a 3 not a 5 as advertised.

My recent stay at Amari Don Muang Airport Bangkok was disappointing. The hotel feels very old and neglected. Arrival: Getting to the property via the narrow connecting bridge was unsettling—it felt unsafe and unwelcoming. Room: The furniture looked outdated and carried an unpleasant, musty smell. The atmosphere reminded me of a haunted house from a cheap horror movie, which is not what you expect from an airport hotel. Bathroom: The facilities were worn down, with fixtures that seemed broken or barely functional. Overall, the hotel gave off a tired and eerie vibe. Next time, I would honestly prefer to wait in the airport itself rather than stay here again.

Extremely convenient place to stay. The hotel is right on the other side of the street connected by a covered overhead pedestrian bridge. Connecting the hotel to the airport departure area. The best location I have experienced anywhere !!

Rooms are dated but clean, some condition issues. Breakfast buffet was not free, but it is worth the 450 Baht pp that we paid. This hotel has a fantastic walking bridge connecting it to the DKK airport. Excellent choice if youre flying out of there.
