Nice clean basic accommodation
Automatic check-in was straight forward. Got the code from the machine and went to the room. Room was spacious enough for our needs but 4 in the room would be tight. Supermarket and McDonalds were a 5 minute walk away but you will need a car or a taxi if you want to get anywhere else. Overall a pleasant stay.

Chambre 1 adulte 3enfants avec i lit double et une mezzanine 2lits 1 place mes enfants ont adoré ;la climatisation n était pas bruyante mais couvrait surtout le bas de la chambre ;accès au distributeur et pdj avec code chambre;arrivée hors horaires accueil on nous a envoyé un mail la veille pour le code du distributeur extérieur pour payer la chambre

I was harassed by the security came to the room and number of times and told me close my window and have my door locked my friend was in the car outside speaking to his girlfriend and he went to him with a height of prejudice and demanded to see his passport in told him he’s passport was English but he did not think he was this was a height of prejudiced He said he did not look English and he thought his passport was fake doing Manders to see me and my other friends passports and we told him we refused and get lost he even tried and to call the please

Comfortable and very practical hotel conveniently located by the motorway (but not noisy) for those needing an overnight break. Good parking at the hotel. Discount at nearby restaurants!

It's perfectly fine and nice. Check in is through a computer. Not much going on in the neighborhood but walkable to the tram

Stayed here for Euro 2016, hotel was a 5 minute walk from La Terrasse Tram Station and then 10 minutes from the stadium and centre of St Etienne. After initial problem checking in as no reception the hotel was fine for a 1 night stay, would probably stay closer to the centre if went to St Etienne again

Good hotel, 500 yards from Modern Art Museum
500 yards from tram stop, easy access to town centre, breakfast choice modest, but quality good, especially the scrambled egg! Make sure you know your booking code for out of hours check-in, this is not the expedia booking number!

Notre réservation à était annuler par le propriétaire vers 19h le jour j soit disant qu'il y a un problème de carte. C'était horrible de se retrouver dans la nuit sans chambre avec des enfants ! Juste 1 appel vers les 19h qu'on n'a pas pu répondre et le patron a annulé notre réservation qu'on a pris depuis des mois pour 2 nuit ! Nos carte n'ont pas de problème, la date d'expiration est en 2027! Il aurait pu attendre qu'on vienne payer à la borne ! Franchement c'est la première fois que sa nous arrive et on est dégouté de cette hôtels ! On a reçu aucun mail pour nous prévenir on c'est retrouvé sans chambre dans la nuit dehors avec nos 2 enfants 8ans et 10 ans ! C'est irresponsable de faire sa car on pensait avoir réserver avec ce site pour ne pas rencontrer de problème ! Honteux pour cette hôtel ! Se sera la dernière fois chez les hôtels b&b.

A fuir si vs ne voulez pas payer la chambre 2x
J'ai réservé la chambre via Hotel.com en pré-paiement. Nous sommes arrivés tardivement donc plus de reception mais un automate pour nous delivrer la chambre, sauf que pour accéder à la chambre, j'ai dû repayer la totalité de la chambre. Le lendemain matin, je l'indique à la reception qui me dit faire le necessaire. A ce jour, pas de nouvelles, cela fait 15 jours!

Hôtel de mauvaise qualité
L'accueil est horribles, on donne pas de serviette de douche , la propriété est dégueulasse la chambre sentait mauvais, les draps étais sale et et troué rempli de trop de boulettes, La douche était bouchée Le lavabo était jaune dégueulasse Je ne vous recommande absolument pas cet hôtel encore moins pour une famille le lit bébé est complètement dégueulasse noir de crasse vous demandez d'avoir des serviettes de douche et vous en donne pas l'accueil est froid est désagréable Le prix je trouve est excessif pour leur qualité Très mauvaise séjour dans cet hôtel Si à des familles qui veulent aller dans cet hôtel je ne vous le recommande absolument pas vous serez vraiment déçu un prix excessif pour leur qualité de travail

Sur 4 nuits passées dans l'hotel nous avons eu 1 nuit avec des voisins très bruyants (qui ont discuté très fort une grosse partie de la nuit) Sino tout c'est bien passé, le personnel qui nous accueille est gentil.

Chambre plutôt spacieuse et bien pensée Presence d'une mezzanine pour les deux lits individuels ; En revanche, même si la chambre est propre, l'hôtel manque sérieusement d'entretien ... De l'eau qui coule partout du chéneau lors d'une grosse pluie, une flaque d'eau devant la porte d'entrée de la chambre
