急なトラブルが発生しお電話で相談した所、とても親切に対応してくださいました。全体的にスタッフの方の対応は非常に良いと思います。お部屋はツインでしたが、テレビ台以外にテーブルのようなものがあるといいなと思いました。

蛇口からの水漏れ
蛇口がきちんと閉まらず、常に水が垂れていました。そのため、水が垂れる角度によって、洗面にあたる時音が発生し、眠れなかった。 喫煙可としたが、臭いがきつく、芳香剤を購入し過ごしました。
