I’m not recommended this hotel Location is not too far but not close to Chiba station. I never Heard that hotel have a smoking room these days! Smells like cigarettes whole entire house Disappointed

Please steer clear the air conditioning doesn't work, Also the room had poor ventilation and on top of that they put me in a smoking room when I asked to change rooms they simply provided an air freshener spray.

It’s fair for the price but what I really don’t like is the bad sewage smell in the bathroom. I rented two rooms and they are both like that. I stayed there for 2 nights and I even used my own disinfecting spray in the bathroom. Unfortunately the bad smell was still there. The good thing is the A/C is really cold and hot water for the shower is hot. Overall it’s not too bad given its price and location. But that’s not a hotel I would go back.

I stayed two nights in a single occupancy room. The room is small but clean. Fresh towels were provided for the 2nd day but no change to the bed linen and no room cleaning but that was fine by me. A slight disappointment was breakfast - the omelet was too salty on the 1st day.
