This was a great place to stay. The hotel staff was friendly and the hotel itself was clean and beautiful. It had an industrial vibe that we enjoyed. Also close to lots of walkable restaurants in a cute area of the city.

Above and beyond bad experience. Told the front desk for a room far away from the elevators, but got one right in front of an elevator. Window faces what looked like an abandoned shady industrial building that’s like feet away. AC was loud with ever changing temperature. Interior feels dirty and gloomy.

Staff was accommodating. Hotel showing age. For instance the safe in my room didn’t work nor did the water dispenser in the fitness room. The beds are as comfortable as they look in photos—average. Nice crowd in the bar yet they shut it down promptly at 10PM while opening NFL game still on.

The hotel is cool. I thought the downstairs was great. The rooms are incredibly basic. The bed felt more like a cot than a bed. The bathroom seemed straight out of the hospital. The vanity is outside the bathroom and only one small sink. I would give the hotel itself 5 stars and the room 2.5 or 3 stars

The staff were friendly and helpful. I really liked the design of the room and of the hotel overall. The bed was comfortable. Great location with lots of good restaurants and bars within walking distance.
