I recently stayed at the Aloft downtown Chicago. The pictures on the websites are the same as the rooms look. The rooms are decent size, as I had a king size bed that was very comfortable. Was update that I requested a city view and didn’t receive. AC works very well. love the bathroom, fyi water, does get very hot. Another helpful tip, you will not receive housekeeping unless you stay more than 4 days. There are a lot of activities to do within walking distance. I chose not to rent a car as you have to pay $75 per day to park Uber/Lyft is the best way to get around if you need anything within a 30 minute distance… Approximately $20-$30. If you are catching a Uber/lyft from the hotel, please be prepared to pay $75 to get to this location.

The location of this property is fantastic. In a vibrant area, with easy access to other parts of the city. Staff was friendly and efficient. The restaurant in the property is always busy with a good atmosphere. We had a 3rd floor room facing Clark St. The bed was very comfortable, and was spacious enough.

I absolutely loved this hotel. I picked it randomly mostly by price and it turned out so much better than I expected. The staff was so helpful and friendly, the rooms were spacious and the beds were so comfy. The location couldn’t have been more perfect with easy access to everywhere. Tons of restaurants nearby. . This was a 5 star stay for a 3 star price.

I loved my stay at aloft. The staff was extremely welcoming and the location was very central to everything. Not far at all from public transportation which was perfect for us since we chose not to rent a car. Rooms were clean and spacious. Lot of amazing dining options both inside and around the hotel. I would definitely rebook next time I’m in Chicago.
