It was good enough and I will stay here again. This was my fourth stay here and I was in the section of the building off to the side with the door in the parking area. The room wasn’t quite as nice as rooms I’ve had in the main section. It was clean and pretty spacious. But it was right on Ohio Street which was busy and noisy. The wifi was terrible. But the location is excellent and the bed was pretty comfortable. The bathroom was fine.

This is the best, most comfortable, cleanest, family style hotel I've ever been too! The staff was amazing! My most favorite stop in the hotel was their bar/restaurant! Food delicious, great price, ( better then anywhere else in Chicago) and the most observant, welcoming, family friendly bartender Walid!

DNC work trip.
Work trip for the DNC. May not be the fanciest hotel but in a great spot. Lots around to walk to, a Target right across the street, we were walking around late a couple of nights, felt safe. I wish I could remember the guy's name at the desk, southern accent, he was AWESOME. THAT'S the guy you want greeting you. Give him employee of the year. One little thing I really loved about this hotel is they have 3 elevators. You're never far from one no matter where your room is. The only downside and it's not the hotel's fault, the city noise is LOUD. Non stop sirens and loud cars. Sheesh.

Nice hotel well placed for walking along river walk and magnificent mile. Rooftop patio had fair view of skyscape but less than what we expected. Continental breakfast was coffee and juice UNLESS you were fortunate enough to get a VIP CARD front desk clerk, which we DID NOT get our last morning there. The housekeeper was very professional. Our room was clean, beds made and fresh towels etc throughout our 3 night stay.

The staff is amazing. We arrived early and they let us check in anyway. Anytime we passed a staff member in the hall they either asked if we needed anything or at least said hello. There is a restaurant in the hotel that is convenient, as well as some good local choices within walking distance. They have great, easy access parking, which was very helpful. Some of the building looked a little dated or like it needed a spruce, but over all we were extremely happy with our experience and would stay again.
