Older hotel with a lot to f tiny elevators. The room was tiny but clean for an older hotel. It did smell like musty a bit and an odor lime urine. #1 drawback was the surprise parking fee of over $50 a night. Ridiculous amount when you are already overpaying for a older cheap chain of hotel.

The guy at the reception (Jordan) was very nice and helpful with the check in and check out. Also, is a really good and beautiful place to stay.

The parking lot was under construction. There was constant slamming of doors. The shower head was too high up-the watee was constantly running on you riniseing all your bodywash off before you could move the towel. I was given swimming pool dry towels.The bathroom was too small. There was also rust on the bottom side of the heater.I did not rest well. I woke up with severe back pain.

Great location! We parked at the underground parking but no helpful signage to the direction of the lobby. We wish there was a ramp and not just stairs going up to the lobby to ease the flow of luggage. Overall okay stay.

Rooms were good and well maintained. Not so good experience when it came to parking, the underground parking garage needs redesign.its not properly spaced to park, would have helped if there was continental breakfast available, at least something that could be considered after 49$ parking charge

Decently maintained older hotel. The service was good and the clerks were helpful. Our room was large, clean, and overall our stay was pleasant. My only complaint is the bed was very firm, however I slept well. We were delighted that this hotel had a microwave/refrigerator available, as those amenities are extremely difficult to find anymore, and we need them for special dietary restriction reasons. The on-site parking was a huge plus, and the rate was very reasonable for downtown Chicago. This was a pleasant experience overall.
