The hotel is not a bad option and in a great location. However, there was a problem with the HVAC system and the elevator and the hallways were very hot during our visit. Other than that, it's nice walking distance to the river.

The guy at the desk was very helpful. Showed me and my husband how to get around downtown! Roos was clean. Will be booking here everytime we visit chicago. Great location as well. Close to magnificent mile !

Staff was very courteous. The room was clean but the paint on the walls was very chipped. We were very disappointed that the pool eas closed. There was no notice the pool was closed if I had known I wouldn't have booked my stay here. One of the reasons i booked was because I was looking forward to using the pool. We asked for a discount and received nothing. We left didnt even stay the night. And still had to pay 50 dollars for parking on top of that for only a couple of hours. Not fair

from thin walls to highly edited pictures online to the pool being out of service to the smell in our room to the AWFUL view of a wall outside, this place was not was i expected at all it's in a good part of town for nightlife and food but if you care about where you're going to lay your head pick a different place.

The Pool was closed for three days while we were there. As we selected it because it said it had a pool, we were very disappointed. Thei is a nice place. There is no reason for them to advertise a pool, be paid for a pool, and then have no pool.
