Definitely walkable, great location. Staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean but the bed wasn’t very comfortable to me, although my friend said her bed was. There’s no AC in the hallway or the elevator, which is very hot in July!! Also the elevator took forever!!

Elevator was broke had to walk up five flights of stairs with all of our luggage when we got there and when we left. Also had to walk up and down every time we left and wanted to go somewhere. It was very inconvenient.

It was horrible , elevator barely worked had to take stairs , staff was NOT friendly , room and hotel was dirty and old , tried to get up to roof top elevators were broken . Horrible horrible experience. Pictures were very deceiving

for the budget conscious it's fine.

This is a nice if somewhat outmoded hotel. The elevators are tiny, slow and cramped. One of them that you need to get to the rooftop fitness center didn't work, which meant you needed to climb seven floors to get to the pool. At $50 per night parking is a bit dear. The pizzeria in the hotel is only okay. I doubt a true Chicagoan would say it's good deep dish. The shrimp fettucine was good.

My mom and i stayed for 3 nights, so so nice, pool and terrace are perfect relaxing options. workers are super friendly especially Wallis, he was so kind and very helpful and welcoming, he gave us advice and helped us if we needed it!! very nice restaurant too, yummy food and kind workers!
