This studio apartment is in the perfect location in Chicago for getting to Downtown via the Blue Line L or to the Hot West Loop and Randolph street restaurant row. Walk to bars, shops, restaurants, coffee liquor stores and transportation with ease! You will love our spa baths, in unit laundry and full modern kitchens to make it feel like a home away from home. One of the best pizza spots in Chicago is only steps away!


Early Check-Ins and Late Check-Outs are difficult to accommodate.  If you need additional time, please consider booking an extra day.


Guests between the ages of 18-24 are permitted to book on an exception basis only. In your inquiry please provide your age, reason for booking and who will be staying with you.


Local guests are permitted to book on an exception basis only.  Local groups looking to use the property for a party, gathering or other group event are expressly prohibited and your reservation may be canceled.


Any guest booking this property must be staying at the property for the full duration of the reservation and is responsible for the actions of all people in the group.  Bookings made on behalf of others are allowed for some unique circumstances so please inquire if you are planning to book for someone else but do not intend to stay yourself.


Parking in the city can be tricky and is not guaranteed. There may be some street parking available nearby, but please be sure to read all posted signs before parking anywhere on the street to avoid being ticketed or towed. To guarantee a spot, you can use a parking app like SpotHero or ParkWhiz to find and book parking spots ahead of time around the city.


Please note that ambient noise from the city may filter into the units; this is a part of city living. Earplugs are available for your use.


Very simply, please respect my home and my neighbors. Please read these rules carefully and take them seriously, failure to comply will result in forfeiture of your deposit and/or termination of your reservation without a refund.


1.) No parties or additional overnight guests without prior approval. Noise disturbances reported by neighbors or police are unacceptable.

2.) Additional visitors are not permitted at my property.  Only registered guests may access the property for the entire duration of your stay.

3.) Please ensure you have left the premises and returned any keys issued to the designated location by the agreed upon check-out time. Failure to do so will result in a $250 late check-out penalty.

4.) Absolutely no smoking (of anything) inside the unit or on building premises. Additionally, local law prohibits smoking within 15 feet of any entrance. If there is evidence of smoking, including odor, there will be a $1,000 smoke remediation charge. “Smoking” means inhaling, exhaling, breathing, carrying, or possessing any lighted or electronic cigar, cigarette, pipe, vaporizer, joint, or other tobacco or marijuana product in any manner or in any form. No marijuana, medical or otherwise, may be used, grown, stored or consumed on the premises.

5.) Please be respectful of my neighbors and be mindful of noise and loud music. Please observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM-8:00 AM daily.

6.) Lockouts will result in a $150 fee per occurrence. Additionally, lost keys will incur a $50 per key fee.

7.) I acknowledge that as the primary guest on the reservation that I am staying at the property for the entire duration of the stay and responsible for the actions of all guests.  If you are NOT staying at the property and booking on behalf of others, please contact us as limited exceptions are permitted to this rule.

9.) Lost and Found:  We are not responsible for any personal items left behind. If you let us know what personal items you are missing we will make an attempt to locate those in our lost and found and have them shipped to you at your own expense. Please be sure to check the home (including all drawers and closets) before you depart to ensure you have all of your personal belongings.

Perfect location for amenities
The property was very clean and has the essentials. Being a 30 second walk from the blue line allowed us to travel most places fairly quickly. It is an ideal location for entertainment and amenities. I would definitely stay again!

Nice room in a location in the city that isn't necessarily close to where you will be hanging out but is easily accessible to the airport and other parts of the city via public transit. The AC didn't work that well but fortunately it wasn't too hot out the weekend of my visit.

Cute Chicago nook
Great use of space to offer sleeping, dining and lounging areas in this unique apartment. Good size bathroom and kitchen with full amenities including washer and dryer. Third floor location selected (2nd floor was also available) allowed for limited noise and exercise when opted to use stairs over elevator. Nice neighborhood with lots of places to eat within walking distance. The fire station located across the street did give some concerns, but thankfully did not experience any alarms during our long weekend stay. Only real concern was parking. The street options were readily available if arrived by early evening. Late night attempt resulted in no parking spots. The paid parking link provided directed us to a location with no designated parking, just parking for Chicago Fire Station. Had to park on main road with metered parking and move prior to designated parking times as was not able to reserve for advanced range on my parking app. Overall a good location close to Hyde Park and other cute neighborhoods literally down the street from VRBO. Would stay again as visit Chicago a few times annually.
