Overall, would stay at this hotel regularly. Art Deco building is beautiful on the outside and the inside And all the staff we came in contact with were excellent . A couple of annoying parts of our experience. The rooftop restaurant bar was closed for the weekend that we were here which was part of the reason we stayed there - We were told there was no reason it’s just closed. Another closed area was a nice lighted patio with a skylight that’s on the website that looks like a really relaxing area near the front desk,which we were told that they have a homeless problem and they can’t open it up anymore. I am calling BS on both of these. The lobby area has five or six people, the doors are locked at night, so I don’t know how all these homeless people are getting by all the employees including the bar area. The only other thing was the accessible room toilet lid hits the silver support bar so you would have to hold the lid as you go to the bathroom, which is not fun. Location was great and the parking was right next-door, which was a positive.

We only stayed for one day so it was good overall. Check in went smooth and friendly. The downside was parking, they don’t have it on site. We found one a block and half from the hotel, planning ahead helps, OK after all. Breakfast, we had two coupons since we paid to include it but the price is super high and limited. It’s not a Buffett and we will keep this in mind next time I choose to stay plus pay extra for breakfast . We spend both coupon in 3 items. They have water on site pretty much in each area since is eco friendly.

Staff was excellent! Location was perfect for our trip and parking was made so easy. My only complaint was the very uncomfortable mattress. For how much we paid per night, I’d expect to have a high quality mattress or at least some cushion to it. Other than that, we had an excellent trip and enjoyed everything else the hotel had to offer!
