Nice location
Very nice boutique type hotel. Comfortable beds and beautiful lobby. Nearby bars do offer a younger clientele, so nights can be noisy. Great location for trains and shopping.

First and last time booking!!
There was blood on the headboard from the previous guest. When I told the front desk person they just looked at me as if I was speaking another language. She didn’t care when she respond she said “oh I’ll tell somebody about it” Not to mention when I first got there the lady at the front desk was on her phone and told me to book through a 3rd party instead of just allowing me to book a room with her then the room was little asf the pictures are deceiving lastly the valet kept losing my car. Ugghhh

Fantastic. Every single employee was gracious, helpful, nice and smiled. Cal’s in the lobby was perfection. From the bartenders to the hotel staff to the security, everyone smiled and went above and beyond to be of service. I will be back.

Claridge House employees were very warm and welcoming. There was a variety of fun amenities, and the hotel room was clean, cozy, and cute. It’s a great distance from shopping and restaurants. Will definitely be back and will recommend to others.
