I appreciate the Staff. They were excellent and attentive Mrs TYmory (uncertain of spelling) I appreciate you specifically for your hospitality and consideration. What a GREAT service you provide. Thank you again. I have no complaints but one. I and my family saw a roach by our bags. My husband killed it and said not to complain. Just a soft suggestion please fumigate, clean or find a way for the roaches to not to be there. My daughter was really scared. She has never seen one before.

The property for the age was clean and the beds were comfortable. The only issues I had was our room definitely had a smell. I did find an Airwick plug in behind the night stand and they also had an air freshener in the heater vent. So, they are trying to make the room smell better. I told them at check out, that I had no issues with the room itself except for the smell. The gentleman said, "yeah, I know. Sorry about that." Also I needed to do laundry while I was there. Just be aware, it took me 2hr and 15 min to dry my clothes after taking out jeans and towels to just air dry after 1.5 hours because it wasn't drying. When I called downstairs to ask if there was anyway to dry these clothes because they weren't drying and my kid needed dry clothes for his hockey game in the morning. She just kept saying, "I'm sorry about that, that is the only dryer in the hotel." I just prayed the clothes would eventually dry. Other than the smell and the dryer issues, the hotel was a cheap, clean, comfy bed option for a night.

I was scared to get this hotel due being in a state we know nothing about but overall this was a good hotel and clean. I definitely recommend this hotel for anyone second guessing just do it definitely worth the price

Bless this properties heart... the place looks like it was once about to be condemned but someone came in, bought it, and has been trying to put some bandaids on it. Floors I could swear are uneven, my ceiling was peeling, the wall by my window was sweating, the AC was making a terrible noise, the bathroom had beautiful granite shower walls and vanity top, but there was a crack in one of the tiles and other 'opening' from which I believe tiny ants starting coming through the second night. And the halls were quite stinky. I was also not very happy the ice machine didn't work - was actually non existent (at least on the 3rd floor). However, all that said, the bed was really comfortable! The eggs for breakfast were the best I've had at a hotel buffet, the variety was good; the bacon unfortunately was basically raw fat though, icky, but they had coffee, tea, and water available all day in the lobby which was nice. The water pressure is great. There was also a really pretty young black lady with long hair on the desk usually at night that was very personable and professional. I enjoyed talking with her. the elevator was also really cool. The only other bad thing was that when I asked to have my Best Western Rewards number put in for points I was told by the young man there that I wouldn't get any because I booked through a third party... ??? I didn't think that just because you booked from a third party you didn't get points... I think that's the thing I was most unhappy with.
