Hotel had updated carpet and decor, double rooms very small but adequately furnished. Bed height was very high, difficult for children, short and older individuals. While staff was friendly, service was limited - no towels available “until after 9”; spoke to hskg staff to request towels, never received. Pool was small, but clean; access was only when staff found to accompany to open door. Common areas were very clean, adequate breakfast.

Ok hotel if you don’t mind the low ceiling.
Waiting time to check in was about 10-15min and the lobby was not busy. Ceiling is low, in the lobby, in the room and over all the entire building. Rooms are small. The fridge was leaking but working. Overall, not too bad, but will not be on top of my list.

Asked to check in early and was told we could for 25.00, I have never been asked to pay extra for early check in, but I agreed to it. I was accidentally charged 500.00 on credit card for incidentals. The employee caught it and called the manager. I was assured that it would be taken off( it was), but the 50.00 they put on credit card was not taken off after check out and I was assured it would be. I was told I would receive a receipt at check out. We ended up checking out early in the evening and not staying due to a family emergency. When I checked out and asked for a receipt I was told I would get it through the third party I booked through. Seventeen hours later I have received no receipt and a 50.00 charge for incidentals is still on my card. The young girl who checked us in was very nice and apologetic for accidentally charging us the 500.00 and it was taken off within 15 minutes. The hotel is nice and clean, but I’m just a little unsettled about not getting a receipt and having the charges on my card.

Bad Experience
Bathroom floor wasn’t level causing toilet to shift when sitting on seat. There were orange/red stains on sheets from pizza sauce or blood. The air conditioner was leaking water so the carpet was wet which could cause mold. The hallways and ceilings showed they were in the process of repairing leaks. There were two rooms across the hall that were having a party, playing loud music, and smoking all night. I called the front desk at 4:00am because my room smelled like smoke from across the hall. The music and smoke stopped around 4:30.

Found dirty washcloth hanging from our shower curtain, drain plug laying on floor toilet dirty on bottom, sheets and blankets had stains, carpets haven’t been vacuumed, dusty lamp shades, room door not latching right had to double check door was shut. Dirt was coming out of the iron, almost ruined my shirt. Breakfast was very slim pickings.

This is one of the most inconvenient places I have ever stayed at. I travel a lot due to work so, I have stayed at numerous hotels. This hotel doesn’t offer fresh towels for their guests after 5PM. I called down to get fresh towels for myself after a long day of work and wanting to shower and the front desk receptionist says they don’t offer towels after 5pm because there is no one there to do laundry after that time. So, you’re trying to tell me you have no clean or fresh towels for any of your guests past 5pm? That literally makes no sense to me. So, you have to buy your own towels and basic necessities now when staying at hotels and paying over $200 to stay in these places? This is ridiculous and extremely inconvenient. I will not be staying at this hotel ever again.

Room was okay, but overall very small. The walls in the hallway are pretty damaged and the floors were very dirty. The staff was fairly friendly, but not overly nice or helpful. The price is the only reason I stayed here and I likely won’t again.
