Stayed here recently with 4 friends. Facilities were good and place felt fairly quiet. Staff were attentive. Breakfast was good. Rooms were clean and had everything you could need. Definitely a good lower cost option which wouldn't disappoint.

A dirty floor gave us a bad feeling.
The floor of our room when we checked in was dirty, it obviously had not been vacuumed for several sets of guests. I called the front desk and told them it needed to be vacuumed and they did send a man to vacuum within 10 minutes. But even the hallway, stairs and entrance to our section of the hotel had not been vacuumed for some time.

The front desk receptionist was polite and helpful during check in. The property iteself was disappointing. Broken windows, trash laying on the grounds. There were exposed wires from a missing light pole outside one of the entrances. There was black mold on the ceiling in the bathroom. The room carpet was in need of replacement. Just glad we only stayed one night.
