Upon arrival I had to call a number to be assisted in order to be checked in. Breakfast was provided daily but with limited options. The noise of the guest was unbearable. There was also a dog on the property that kept barking in the early morning. At one point there was an incessant drilling noise. My staff not comfortable due to the excessive noise. Also, someone spent at least 5 minutes in the way hours of the morning trying to get in our room

All in all it was pleasant Didn't receive my deposit back cause they said head of house keeping said the room was trashed... Me and my family stay one night...got there at 9pm and left at 12pm the next day.... I would not recommend

The room had mold issues in the bathroom major. The water at night would not get hot or warm. In the morning it was hot for a shower that lasted two minutes. I jumped out quick so my sister could get in. When she was about to get in it turned cold. She didn’t get a shower. The telephone did not work. The connection on the nightstand did not work. The drapes were dirty. Cobwebs in the corners. The worst would be the mold and filth on the walls in the bathroom.

Really enjoyed the spacious room (209). The separate Living Room and Bedroom were a welcome change from what we were used to! The hot breakfast was fresh, hot and good!

The hotel was good for 1 night but won’t be back!
There was only 1 person working the desk on a Saturday night at 6pm. Waited in line to check in for about 30 mins. The room was decent size but the beds were very uncomfortable and hard. We also visited the pool and there were leaves everywhere, inside the indoor pool. Also there were shoes and toys that had seem to be left by another guest. The hotel was good for the 1 night we stayed but I wouldn’t stay here again.

WI Fi was not working and computer desk chair had the arm rest broken. I received a laceration from the arm rest that had metal sticking out of it. Room was clean , Breakfast Buffet was good.

Great Getaway
We decided really last minute to take a family trip. There were lots of options for accommodations but after lots of research we chose Country Inn & Suites by Radisson. We were worried about the facilities because we'd gone with a more cost efficient hotel to fit our budget and we'd been burned before. Immediately upon entering, we were impressed with the lobby area and even more so by the room. Everything was as pictured. The staff were incredibly kind. Check in and check out were a breeze. I highly recommend this inn.
