We stay at the Double Tree often for the location and the amazing staff! However this time around we and quite a few others had issues checking out of the parking garage. It wouldn’t accept the ticket or any of our cards. An attendant finally had to take my information and send us a link to pay, which didn’t work, we were told it would be included in our final bill…which wasn’t. It was really strange!!
