Was not expecting the Ritz but the cleanliness of this place was non existent. Dirty floors, tub, microwave. Roughed up furniture and a stove so old it qualifies for social security. Absolutely not to standard for any type of motel, hotel or inn. Never again

When I first arrived at the property I asked about an early check in. The grey haired man was rude about it. Also, when I first got into my hotel room it was food left over in the fridge from a prior visit with another guest.

I reserved a double bed and when I got there they didn’t have my room and I got bumped to a single for 2 people. Room was clean but the refrigerator was super noisy. Hotel is a bit beat up and they had dogs/pet hair everywhere. Was not a fan.

Air conditioner was noisy, refrigerator made sounds like a growling dog,,the bottom of my socks got dirty from the carpet and they forgot to enter my request for a 3am wakeup call so i missed my flight,,,never again will i stay at a Extended Stay hotel !!!

This is worst experience. 1. Staff wasn't aware about I have 2 rooms, overall both rooms were in bad shape but 1 was totally dirty. Hair on bed, missing blanket, dirty kitchen, you name it. And didn't look like they have staff to take care about it. 2. Breakfast is a formality, 1-2 items and had to ask multiple times for refills. 3. They have bad reputation in neighborhood as I spoke to nearby restaurant manager. Expedia, request if you can't verify the property please don't add it on your website. Rating was 7 which was never the case on what I saw.
