Great place!

We loved our stay here. The place is beautiful and much more spacious than the photos suggest. It’s full of light and comfortable seating. Beautiful neighborhood that is quiet and safe and walkable to restaurants. Highly recommend. Host was easy to communicate with and very accommodating.

Family Gathering

It’s not very often that things exceed your expectations, but that is absolutely the case with this unique home, and especially with Kerry the property owner. Our thought was that the rental of the complete 2 flat would make sense for our multi-family group. We never expected that the units would be so well equipped for a family gathering. The many extra amenities for families with small children was really unbelievable (games, toys, high chairs, extra child-size sleeping arrangements, etc., etc.). One extra bonus is the finished basement area set up beautifully as an extra living/recreation room. Also Kerry provided virtually everything we needed - well beyond most other rental properties (coffee supplies, all paper products, all soap/cleaning products. The comments to me by other family members were exceptional. Basically they wondered how I was able to find such an amazing place for our family event - just lucky I guess! So I highly recommend this rental for a family gathering needing plenty of space, separation of sleeping areas for those who need quiet rest (like small children), and lots of room to have fun, serve meals, and hang-out!
