We are waiting to have our payment resolved. The hotel has not honored the Expedia price. They politely refunded me $16 but we were still overcharged $100.09 We have stayed at this hotel 3 times with family and always a different price for the same rooms.

Had a one night stay while in town for a concert. Hotel was nice although a bit hard to navigate but that was mostly because of the Costco next door and we are out of towners. Room was clean. Concierge was nice.

This is the second time staying here the first room was FAR BETTER that the one we stayed in last night! The beds were very uncomfortable & pillows were just awful!!! The reason I wanted to even go back was because I had the most awesome soaking tub the first time completely separated from the shower, nice and deep last nights was a shower tub combo and not very deep I was extremely disappointed!
