The staff at the front desk when I checked in was wonderful. Very accommodating and friendly. Not so much when I checked out. I put my key on the desk and the clerk just looked at me, rolled her eyes and pointed to a box and said that they go there.

Ive stayed at this hotel a few times and the hotel is great. Although, this last time I was charged a parking fee for every day I parked on their property. This is new and I am not a fan of being charged to park when I am already paying for a hotel room.
