It is very close to the riverwalk. The staff was very helpful and the housekeepers did the best job I’ve seen for a while!! Very clean! Breakfast was very good as well. Lots of shopping and attractions within walking distance. Close to a stop on the “L” if you are going to use it. I am a Hilton Honors member (not that high up) and someone checked on us daily and was only a text away from helping with anything.

we were in a unique situation when we booked in at the Inn as the Microsoft system that Hilton uses for check-in etc. was down for the whole of our stay. The staff were fantastic as they did manual check-ins and then, not being able to give out key cards we were escorted to our room every time and the door unlocked for us. the location was perfect for what we had planned to do in Chicago being within walking distance of The Riverwalk and the start of the Big Bus Tours which we used as our way around the city for two days. Although pricey we appreciated having valet parking.

The location is fantastic..within easy walking of most local attractions. The hotel itself is very basic. Lobby, dining, and bar area is all combined and leaves alot to be desired. The room was comfortable and quiet. Room was serviced daily. The con was that the view from our room overlooked an alley of garbage dumpsters and unsheltered persons.
