Great location if you’re doing tourist activities! Walkable distance to major attractions. Direct access to the Riverwalk and LH rooftop is right around the corner for the city view and late-night drinks! Plenty of restaurants nearby from high ends too fast food! Pricing is reasonable. We had a minor issue with the water overflowing from the tank behind the toilet but the staff came up and fixed it right away and we have no issues for the rest of the stay. The room was clean and the staff were friendly and professional. The greatest part you can leave your luggage in the lobby if you arrive early before check-in time or leave later after check-out time. We would stay here again!!!

We had a lovely stay here. We had no idea it was so close to all things shopping and the river walk. The staff were all very kind. The hotel & room was clean. The actual beds could be a little more comfy but it's not a deal breaker. Parking was easy. We will stay again!

Super clean and staff were very attentive. The location was the best thing about this stay. However, I’m surprised none of the reviews talked about how thin the walls/windows are. We stayed on the 4th floor and we were able to hear everything that was going on outside (sirens, people yelling). So if you’re a light sleeper, you might want to consider another place to stay.

Great location within walking distance to many attractions. The room was very clean, maybe a little on the small side but none the less very comfortable. My only complaint was that we paid extra for a river view room but our view was partially obstructed by a very large round concrete object. I feel like that should have been disclosed when booking the room or offered at a discounted rate. Other than that, our stay was very pleasant and the staff was very friendly. If back in the area, I would stay here again.

Only hotel to stay in while in Chicago
This hotel is in a perfect location. Most of what you would want to visit is walkable. Plenty of restaurants in walking distance. The staff, all the staff, were amazing. Very helpful, easy to talk with, ready to give advice to any questions you may have. I added the breakfast to my booking and the staff and food was delicious breakfast was cooked fresh when it was ordered. The reception staff was excellent. Recommend places to eat and things to see. After returning from being out all day they always asked what we did and did we enjoy ourselves. Whenever in Chicago this will be the only hotel I will stay at.
