Overall had a great stay. The room was great and I loved the view from the 24th floor. My only concern was the elevators were a little scary at times (rickety and noisy).

I complained to the front desk: -drilling noise both mornings from 7am-9am, unable to sleep properly -hvac kept shooting up to 73 degrees, had to turn off/on, and play with it, finally AC came on, something wrong with it Overall, the room was fine, but the noise and hvac were a deal breaker

It’s a beautiful hotel conveniently located in Chicago. My wife and I felt beat up after sleeping in the bed 2 nights with flat pillows as well as a rough bed. We were woken by a construction crew right outside the 26th floor chiseling the brick both early mornings. We were told at the start of our stay our son could park his car in the assigned lot for a few hours and we would be compensated for the fee after checkout. That didn’t happen, got a $68 parking charge to use their garage. Told management about the issues and we weren’t accommodated to our liking. I would recommend looking elsewhere for hotels in that area. There are many others to choose from. We didn’t have the best experience sleeping there. The location was great, hotel is clean, and it had a lot going for it. We just weren’t satisfied with the noise issues, parking fee, and uncomfortable bed.

We got a great deal on a 1 bedroom suite and it was really nice. The only odd thing was that the room was definitely set up for partying. The fridge was a wine fridge. There were no plates, bowls, utensils, etc in the drawers and cupboards. Only 2 wine glasses, 2 water glasses and a bottle opener. Otherwise everything was perfect.
