I've stayed here many times while my daughter has been a student at Northwestern. The staff is always very friendly, and the rooms are larger than others in Evanston. Some of the fittings are a bit old (A/C is a little loud) but in good working order. The location and parking is great.

If Im being honest, I feel like you would be doing yourself a disservice by not choosing this hotel. The staff...24/7 absolute perfection. Friendly and polite as well as ultra helpful in all ways. They went out of their way to make my stay very pleasant and memorable.

The service here is impeccable. Tip if you are an IHG member you get a discount on parking. The rooms are older but it’s totally walkable to the south part of NU’s campus, unless the weather isn’t cooperative.

Hotel close to our event. The parking garage was free but the only entrance & exit into the garage was a 45 degree short steep ramp that I could not see in front of my car! I had to make a quick left as I was driving up the ramp. The first level for handicapped parking has no lights! Totally dark & unsafe. The L train tracks were across the street & a train ran by about every 8-10 minutes… even at 1:30am! We were on the 11 th floor, & the train sounded like it was coming through the wall!! Sound proof windows would help but would be very expensive! The hotel main entrance is so small, up a flight of stairs & hard to find. No where to park while checking in. No valet to help with bags. Front desk check in was good.
