One of the front desk clerks refused to put in my IHG membership number on my reservation when I checked in. She claimed because I booked through Expedia and NOT through IHG directly that my stay was NOT eligible. I have never had this happen before. This clerk - Nassima or Sassima - had the worst attitude around. Everyone else was very nice and polite (including the room cleaning staff) but this woman was just AWFUL. She also wouldn’t let any other staff members talk to you if she was there at the counter. Truly unpleasant.

Excellent hotel - great value - super staff
An exceptional hotel - beautiful views - wonderful staff. They went above and beyond to assist our friend who had a problem with his reservation. Beds are really cumfy. Pillows are amazing. Breakfast was delicious. A great place to stay.
