The hotel itself was great, staff were friendly everything was clean and up to date. Only issue the free shuttle that was supposed to run every 30 mins from the airport had us waiting 2 hours which was inconvenient because we were on a time schedule other than that stay here ! Great facility.

Enjoyed the stay. The room was clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. The airport shuttle is a nice service. One thing I did not like was the prices in the snack shop by the front desk. $60 for 3 luchables, 3 bags of chips, and 2 candy bars was pretty outrageous! Otherwise, it was conveniently located within easy walking distance to Allstate Arena and a nice place to stay.
