Good stay. Has a very nice restaurant for breakfast, lunch or light dinner. Plus an excellent cafe, and very good pool, and gym. However, the TV service was minimal. Just basic channels and one HMO channel. And you have to pay for parking. It is close to O'Hare, and shopping.

It was very clean, exactly what we needed! The airport shuttle was awesomely quick and comfortable. The return directions were clearly posted which is very helpful during the stress of a return flight, because travel can be stressful!

Overall hotel was nice, staff was great. We were on the 8th floor and there was a wedding reception 2 floors above us that the you could hear the music to till midnight. We didn't complain and just sucked it up. It made for a long night and an early morning to catch a flight.

All of the staff at this location were so kind and informative. Freddy the shuttle driver, was the friendliest. He taught my sisters and I how to take the train and where to go to print off our ticket.

Rooms are simple but new, clean and well maintained. The AC / heater was a little noisy but staff was friendly, welcoming and attentive to my transportation needs. The shuttle timing worked out exceedingly well both on arrival and departure which was welcome for a short overnight layover in Chicago. Would definitely stay here again.

We missed a flight connection and needed a place to spend the night. It’s a newer property and the rooms are large and comfortable, especially for the rate. There’s a free shuttle which is great. It’s supposedly 1.3 miles from the airport, but I think they measured from the edge of the airport, not the terminal, so plan on a little longer shuttle ride!
