For the price point, I would’ve expected a lot more. We booked a city view room through Orbitz and did not receive a city view room even after confirming a week prior and then mentioning it at check-in. The room and public spaces were clean. There were a few options for breakfast, including waffles, bagels, breakfast sandwiches, and cereal. They provided apples for a fruit option and water and coffee to drink and there was no breakfast meat. The area around the hotel was nice and at night you had to use your key to enter the building. We did not find the beds very comfortable, and the white shades in our rooms were torn up.

Great central location in North River with helpful staff. We arrived late at night but had no issues checking in and then finding places still open for food. Only issue with the stay was our room's refrigerator was not functional.

Mattress was filthy and stained with no mattress cover. Hotel hallways had not seen a vacuum cleaner in the 4 days we stayed. Room was dirty at check-in.
