My recent stay at Homewood Suites was extremely disappointing. Around midnight, my vehicle was valet parked and was damaged by the valet staff while being parked. We were notified of the damage, but the hotel refused to provide or share an incident report. When I tried to discuss the issue, the Assistant General Manager, Lorena, was rude, dismissive, and showed zero professionalism or accountability.
On top of that, the hotel itself had a strong, unpleasant odor throughout the building, including the room. The entire property smelled bad and did not feel clean or well-maintained.
This was by far one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. Between the poor service, lack of accountability, and uncomfortable environment, I would not recommend staying here. Management should seriously address both the customer service issues and the cleanliness of the property.
