I have made a tradition of staying at this hotel for my birthday and I love it this time. I got a high floor so I had a great view at night. The staff were very friendly. The housekeeping was also attentive and friendly. I will definitely book again for my birthday in January.

Staff are rude. On their phones when there was a line at the counter. Power went out. When i needed help lady at counter said shes not signed in so go to the other lady. I told her a gentlemen told me to come to u and she said well im not signed in. Not a good experience.

Don’t stay here out tv and phone we’re not working I called with my phone to tell them they said they could not do anything until next day I ask to speak to the manager and she was the manager we could not watch tv the whirlpool water I think the don’t clean it often because they foam was dirty it was brown the breakfast was not the greatest front desk not very friendly would not stay here ever. Again !!!
