Stay was great but only 2 elevators really got frustrating, waiting to use the elevator sometimes for up to 10 minutes, ended up using the stairs multiple times up and down 13 floors

Love the amount of space, a separate sitting area, the full kitchen, and especially loved there was a blanket in the closet to be able to stay cozy while on the couch. Also really loved that there was a digital clock to be able to see the time during the night! The tv's/channel options and free wifi were awesome.

Love the location of this hotel. Everyone we encountered was super friendly. Our room was great, no complaints. My only complaint is this hotel needs more elevators. Super crowded at check out time. Also no access to stairs on bottom floor.

This was our first time staying at a Homewood Suites and we would never stay at this property or any other Homewood Suites locations again. Our first room was filthy and I mean filthy!! It hadn't been obviously cleaned in months. They sent the maintenance man in our room and when he swiped his hand across the tv stand, his entire hand was filled with accumulated dust. He even admitted that the room was grossly unclean. Even the coat hangers had layers of dust on it. The mirrors were and the bathroom sink was unclean. They moved us to another room, but it was hard to sleep because of the outside noise and the cold draft seeping through the windows. I love Chicago and visit often. We have stayed at nice hotels, but this by far was the worst!!!! Never again!!!
