Very nice place.

Nice place. The breakfast was very good. Staff was friendly. The elevator can be slow. The hotel front desk is located on the 6th floor, you need to take the elevator to get there. The suite room was very spacious and had lots of amenities.

This is a great hotel to be right in the heart of Chicago with some extra space as a suite. While the furnishings were a bit dated, they were adequate. However the breakfast was amazing! And the breakfast staff was so accommodating, polite and efficient.

Excelente ubicación, lo único que no nos gustó es que sólo cuenta con dos elevadores que son insuficientes, si vas a ir en temporada alta hay que tomar en cuenta eso. Y el desayuno no tiene variedad, nos hemos quedado en el mismo hotel en Texas y hay muchas más opciones de comida en los desayunos. Por lo demás está muy recomendable

They send you multiple messages to call the number instead of messaging, I called and it was a customer service rep that wasn’t even for this hotel. Wasted about 5 mins talking to her then she said “ok I’ll transfer you to the hotel,” then proceeds to put me on hold for ~10 mins before I just hung up. Hotel itself is a bit rundown, parking is NOT on premise. You can just book it yourself on spot hero. For the price per night, the hotel room was very basic, it wasn’t worth it.

An older hotel, but well maintained (except for the elevators). Has been upgraded throughout the years. Furniture in rooms was very uncomfortable and in need of replacement. Curb loading/unloading is cumbersome, but valets are there to assist. Public parking across the street with valet available. We would stay here again and bring our pets. And extra cushions.
