I liked the fact it was very easy to park in the rear of the building and to check in. The room was very clean and even the hallway leading up to the room. My only complaint was the fact the elevator was a little challenging to maneuver at first but once we got the hang of it we were back to smooth sailing!

The long wide hallway gave me the hospital vibe but the room is clean and spacious. Love what they did to this old hospital. We only stayed one night but happy with the room. Staff were nice and friendly. Would stay there again.

If was really accessible to the United Center! Then the Blue Line is about a 5 min walk to you can get anywhere. Definitely 10/10.

The deep cleaning was not done. Windowsills, top of beds, microwave, mirror, shelving, was not dusted. I had to DUST properly due to asthma/ allergies. ALSO there was no COFFEE supplies . My in room phone did not work so I went down to front desk to ask for coffee supplies , which I NEVER received. We didn’t even have coffee cups !

Great stay, overall. Easy check in, safe, easy parking. Very close to Rush University Medical Center. The bathroom in the room needed attention- house keeping could do better with supplies, as well.

Great hotel for events at United center, 10 minute walk on safe roads. Clean hotel with friendly staff. Complimentary breakfast was actually pretty good. I would stay here again for sure.

It is in a safe area and kept up and clean the whole area areound the building. Parking isn't convenient but it was only $5 so worth the walk. Staff was great. Rooms are nice. Hallways are GINORMOUS! The microwave and fridge could have used a wipe down but otherwise we were happy. Elevator system they use for security is understandable on paper but does not function well in practice. Breakfast not too good. Overall pleased and will definitely stay again if the occassion arises.

Wonderful stay
We stayed here because we were going to a concert at United Center, and wanted to be close as possible.Parking was a little confusing, but probably just because we weren't familiar with the area. (There is also a $75 deposit that I didn't recall seeing info about. But it was refunded 3 days later.) Staff was very friendly and check in was quick and easy. The room was very clean. We had a beautiful view of the city and United Center. We were right off the elevator, but it wasn't loud at all. It was about a 10 minute walk to U.C. We were very happy with our stay, and will absolutely stay again.

Very nice, clean property. Went to concert at the United Center and we were able to walk to the short distance to and from there. Our room was amazing, would DEFINITELY recommend and would stay at this location again.

Nice, easy walk to United Center..which was important to us for this trip. The hotel room was surprisingly perfect! The workout room was really nice🙌 We ate at the bar, prices were not bad for food, and the chicken wings and cheeseburger we ordered were really good. Drink prices were unpleasantly high. We did not love the elevator system-while it was nice and unique, it seemed to take forever for an elevator to arrive. Overall, we would definitely stay here again if we go to another event at the United Center.
