I was greeted by a friendly staff every time I walked through the lobby. I had informed staff that the refrigerator was warm, they replaced it by the time I got back for the day, and it was already cold - so they had no hesitation. Breakfast is very tasty, compared to normal “included breakfasts”. Room was super clean upon arrival as well as common spaces. Parking lot is well lit, and 2 dining options right in front! Will definitely be staying again!

Nice, clean hotel with plenty of parking and dining options nearby. The downside was the bathroom ceiling had mold and ice machines are on floors 3 & 5 so if you’re not staying on those floors it’s a bit inconvenient.

We’ll pick a different hotel next time
During our stay we found that the staff was excellent, the room was large and breakfast was nicely done with a large variety of food. However, the hotel itself was not in the best shape. We had dead bugs in the extremely dim overhead bathroom light, the vent fan hadn’t been cleaned in ages, and the edges of the carpet were frayed. The elevator was finicky and liked to get stuck on the 4th floor, as well as having buttons that didn’t always work when you pressed them. Our room was on the 5th floor which made using the elevator an adventure. Lastly, the fire alarm in the lobby went off twice while we were there. The fire department came each time and had to check the building room by room. No smoke was detected and no one was evacuated from the hotel during this time. The staff didn’t seem very concerned. Perhaps it happens often????

It would be nice if you can hire people who speak and understand english. I had such a problem with a number of your employees who couldn't understand english when I was speaking to them. Very frustrating!!
