We were asked if we wanted our room serviced everyday, we said yes. Not once during our 3 night stay did we recieve service. We ran out of tp and towels. Front desk sent someone a few hours after we called for items. Hotel restaurants either closed or didn't have any food options available. There was hair in my food and the waiter was aggravated we showed him (still intact in food). Overall wouldn't recommend this hotel or the food regardless of the $25 discount.

Very nice place , easy location to get to . Within walking distance of everything . Would score 5 star if not for the sheets . I know that seems petty , but as bad at they were my family did not sleep much and decided to just get up and hit the road at 5 am . The sheets are LOUD and not comfortable at all.

This is the second time we’ve stayed here in the last two years but unfortunately this time wasn’t as enjoyable as the last. This had nothing to do with the staff or services, but we were able to hear the people in the adjacent rooms easily and we had repeated issues with loud people in the halls at late hours. We are not especially cranky about these things but the poor sound insulation does need to be addressed-at least on the 24th floor.
