This place was a catfish… it was outdated and run down … It had stains on the sheets …spider webs with active spiders …room had old wooden scratched up furniture…. Carpet was nasty … bath tub was nasty … I asked to get a room change which they did with no problem they moved me to another floor but the room still was old and nasty … the lobby look better than the rooms and the bfast was good

I’m a frequent customer and the last 3 stays has been terrible! I had no hot water to shower !! I called down to tell them no one came as I was suppose to stay and extra night . I went to front desk the lady still didn’t accommodate me just said she’s was sorry . I then told her I would like to cancel the next night !! Prior to that I had stayed 2 night and ask for housekeeping to clean and bring me more towels they never did . They lost a faithful customer

A good value and pleasant hotel, but could be bett

For the most part, it was a very nice stay. It was quiet and I liked my room. Sadly the WiFi was useless, the television didn't always work, and there is no microwave in the rooms, so you have to use the one in the lobby. I suppose it was a great deal for the price. The pool and pool room were really warm and great way to unwind - I just wish the spa worked, too.

I would NOT recommend staying here, but Staff A+

Pros: Staff is AMAZING Cons: My room 10022 had the following issues: - Blood on the ceiling of the tub/shower - TV didn't function - Heat didn't function properly - Shower didn't function properly - Internet was slow (as expected with most hotels) I would add videos, but this only allows pics which won't show you what a video could show you. Motel 6 quality for Hyatt Price.

The property itself was super nice, the bar is cozy and staff is very friendly and attentive. I will say which isn’t a huge deal at all but the tv was very outdated and had limited channels and the room took a long time to heat up so it was chilly during the night time.
