The room was very outdated . The light bulbs needed changing out at least 2 of them were blinking constantly. My spouse was going to change it out and the inside of where the bulb goes was all corroded out . The square ottoman in the room needed changing out the material was peeling off . It wasn’t my ideal room . I’m stayed in way better and up to date lately. I was not happy was celebrating my wedding anniversary and wished I’d picked a different location

The room was nice, though some furniture showed wear. The hot water took forever to reach the spigots (on the order of minutes); one must wonder how much water is wasted just waiting for hot water... The hotel appeared to be fully booked the weekend we were there. The staff was completely overwhelmed and the bar was the only place to get food in the building. With a single bartender, she was beyond stretched to the limit. As a result, on one evening I stood in line for 45 min. just to pay the tab.

The customer service is terrible. For this to be a Hyatt Regency, it was not up to par. The rooms were outdated, staff is not friendly and only one working elevator. I will not be back!
