Easy access to and from Star Trek convention. Best housekeeping services I’ve had in years. Cafe/convenient store well stocked and good staff. The breakfast lunch restaurant lacked vegan choices so I didn’t eat there. The bar/restaurant that opened at 4pm had excellent food and service. My advice is to increase the vegan choices. Especially during conventions.

The staff were friendly and very helpful. Room was disappointing in layout it was odd and the bathroom was very small. I would’ve liked a Room on a lower level but that’s on me not on them - I should’ve asked for it. The food options were very limited as expected and very expensive; there were no food options close enough to walk to. I felt kind of trapped with very limited options for food. There is a nice trail right along the Hotel boundary - it was very nice to be able to take a walk out of the city - so to speak. As expected the planes were very noisy and it felt like my room was right over the main flight path - again to be expected with a hotel near the airport.

It was great! Parking was expensive and had to navigate to park and get back in hotel. Did not like the check-in on the 2nd floor. Hauling luggage up the escalator was a pain and I originally missed the sign to go upstairs. Great room though and the cleaning staff for our room was very sweet and amazing. RM 2233

Overall, a pleasant stay. What could be better: Room walls seem very thin as it was easy to hear conversations and other noises in the adjacent rooms, from my room. Parking is $40/day and seems unreasonably expensive.

loved the property, very nice to stay. The room wasn’t as cleaned as I expected. It was a bit dusty and the floors were kind of dirty upon arrival, also the extra blanket smelled and didn’t seem clean but the overall stay was nice. Loved seeing the airplanes flying in and hotel had Nice views!
