They had problem with the doors. Key cards don’t work. This hotel is a total ripoff. They will charge you for everything from water bottles to breakfast

Messy Check In
We arrived at the hotel late around ~10pm. I have 1 room booked, with 2 double beds, and paid for already. I checked in and I was told there is only one room left with two double beds and it is handicapped accessible. I was fine by it (all I need is a comfortable bed to sleep for the night.) When I got to our room, there is only 1 double bed! Ugh!! I went down to the desk to complain. They moved my family of three to another room. When we got there, the card key is NOT working! I am frustrated at this point as I am already tired! Went down again and finally gave me the correct card key! They apologized and gave me vouchers for a free drink- still not worth the hassle.

Service was amazing. Small Bathroom.
Bathrooms were super small, no fan. Service was incredible! Also, the pool area was very clean. The breakfast staff were amazing!
