I have been booking this hotel for the past 3 years and first time that hotel disappoint. The room that I booked it was nothing like the picture/website. Very misleading. Reached out to staff/manager with no response and still no one has reached out to me to discuss.

We were given a free upgrade due to it being my 60th. The staff at the reception were friendly and helpful. The lady who attended to our room was friendly. Her name was Sabrina. The cleaniness of the room was outstanding. The gym was excellent.
