To the management of La Quinta Hotel in Rosemont,
I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the extremely disappointing experience I had during my stay at your hotel. Firstly, I was shocked to find that there was not even a bottle of water provided in the room, which is a basic gesture of hospitality that any respectable hotel should offer.
Furthermore, the room’s heating system does not work automatically, and I had to call the reception to request the heat to be turned on, which is absolutely unacceptable. Given the cold weather during this time of year, I believe this service should be automated and functional at all times.
In addition to these issues, the room designated for individuals with disabilities was far from meeting safety standards. It does not provide the necessary accommodations and lacks basic features that ensure the safety and comfort of someone with special needs.
It is unacceptable for a hotel to offer such poor services and inadequate conditions for its guests, especially for those who require additional assistance. I sincerely hope you will take immediate action to address these serious concerns.
