Got a concert, this is the place to stay!!!
We just saw Missy Elliot at the All State Arena next store and boy was I EXCITED to just walk past that traffic that was at a STAND STILL, I was in bed literally 10 minutes after the show ended. Will definitely stay again anytime I have a concert here!

I waited for the shuttle 45min at terminal 5 and called 2 times to hotel and they said the shuttle was coming but never arrived. Other hotel shuttles passed by 2 times, but not this hotel. When I left the hotel, I was able to take the shuttle but driver was speeding.

I don’t understand why we had to pay for parking. If they didn’t want other people parking in their lot, just give us the parking ticket and be done with it. The stay was great though. Near O’Hare and next to the expressway was very loud but the rooms are sound proof. That was a plus.

My phone was stolen during check in at the check in desk. When I notified the front desk that the last location of my phone was at the front desk and phone was immediately shut off the front desk person started to get defensive. I asked for him to check security tapes and he said he would figure out how to do that and get back to me. It's been a week and 4 attempts to call and try to get an update but no progress. They denied a refund although I spent majority of the 1 night stay frantically looking for my phone because i was flying out on a trip early next morning. Would not recommend this spot at all!

Shuttle did not run every 30 minutes as advertised. Had to wait 50 minutes (9:20-10:10 PM) before the shuttle showed up. Otherwise, I was pleased with the facility.

Time Management
There was only one person at the front desk taking people in, once the second person showed up, it turns out that most 2 Queen rooms were not ready when check in time is at 3pm. I did not get my room until 4:30pm. There was no form of communication either, I had to be the one to keep going up to the front desk and ask for updates, and I was never offered compensation for the time I PAID to be in that room.

Animal hair everywhere and food on the floor from the last visitors. Also the room was 61 degeees and it wouldn’t turn off no matter what we tried. They need to have hypoallergenic rooms for people with allergies like me.
