It was ridiculous that the check in deposit was $400. I wouldn’t have paid it any mind, however the room was already so dirty and had some damages. Front desk was patient and accommodating. There were stains on the carpet and dust everywhere. Towels were stained, floor shower was dirty.

Level river north was great!! We had a party of 6; 3 adults and 3 teens. There was enough room for everyone and their “stuff” (luggage, shopping bags, beauty products etc.). We felt safe even when we went out after dark. The amenities are beautiful, clean, and maintained well. Uber was a must as it was a busy weekend and the busses seemed to be running late all the time. Great stay! I would defiantly book this suite again!
