The room was in pretty good condition. Not as grand as it seems. The carpet was a bit muggy and kind of a weird smell. Bathroom supplies i thought was a bit messy since shampoo was pepermint, conditioner cilantro, and body wash rum... Sounds like ingredients for a drink. The front desk staff not as welcoming. The housekeeper on our floor (9) on the other hand was extremly friendly and helpful and we loved her. Always asking if we needed anything and made us feel great.

LondonHouse Chicago exceeded every expectation. The service was truly impressive—easily the best I’ve experienced in a long time. Every interaction felt genuine, attentive, and welcoming. The hotel itself is impeccable: warm, spotless, and beautifully maintained throughout. You immediately feel taken care of the moment you walk in. And the location? Perfect. Central, vibrant, and exactly where you want to be when visiting Chicago—close to everything without feeling chaotic. A standout stay in every way. I wouldn’t hesitate to return.

I had a tense exchange with one of the front desk staff named Jessica or Jasmine. She was rather rude and short and her interaction with me was interrogatory. I was disappointed because the staff had been very nice on the phone prior to that.
