Great location with an amazing view! Our room was on the 16th floor facing the riverwalk! The location is in walking distance to so many shopping and dining options as well as attractions! The staff was friendly, attentive and accommodating. Will definitely be back to London House the next time we visit Chicago!

London House would have been the perfect spot just for one incident that happened on one of the days of our stay. On our last visit to the lobby bar/restaurant, the waiter completely ignored me and my family. Don’t get me wrong he did take our initial order but that was it. I literally had to go to the bar to have my drink change out because my cocktail was served in a broken glass, had to go to the bar again to order my second round and had to go to the bar a third time to get the check and pay. We spend over an hour there on that visit and to only be check on once is not acceptable. Now you might say they were busy and they were but I witnessed our waiter go to different tables multiple times and check on them. Now aside from that, the property is in a great location over looking the river and you walk outside and feel safe in that area. We stayed in a suite and man what a room! Pull out sofa that was separate from the actual bedroom. Pull our view was stunning and definitely the cherry on top of our stay. This place is top tier to even having housekeeping food my daughter’s clothes and place on top of the bed nicely folded (never had that before). The bar has some great drinks and the front desk and concierge were amazing with recommendations.

I really liked this hotel, the only thing was that the bathroom was cold and the windows let too much of a cold breeze inside. Otherwise the bed was comfy and everyone was very nice. Our tv was not hooked up for some reason and we called down and they were up ASAP
