The hotel staff did not do enough to deal with a guests who were screaming, shouting and fighting from 2 am to 6 am at night on Jan 14. I woke up at 2 am and could never sleep feeling scared and disturbed from the aggressive and loud arguments and moving of heavy objectives coming from above my room. I called the hotel staff twice and went down to the lobby twice between 2 am and 5 am. This is not acceptable and I feel that I am entitled to refund for that night.

You get what you pay for. No frills. Which is fine. Watch out for Danny the night front desk attendant. Literally didn't know how to make the keys work and told me some story about security being the excuse. None of it made sense. The manager in the morning was great, but when the front desk doesn't know how to make a key and you can't be in a secured room, that's just alarming.

Skin broke out repeatedly, no refund or accommodation. No working coffee machine, no breakfast available, ice machine barely works. Towels not clean. Floors are also filthy.

Been breaking out the whole time I was there… not sure if it’s the water or detergent. Wouldn’t come back there at all! Hotel wouldn’t even accommodate me at all, or cancel my next booking.

The staff is beyond nice! They ALL will go out of their way for you… very friendly. Khala at the front desk s great! Property old & some things don’t work but you get what you pay for. It’s a good room for a good price

The staff was great, and the room was nice and clean. But the other guests at this location are TERRIBLE. I guess it comes with the low price, but I had people stomping in the room above me almost 24/7. Couldn’t sleep at all except a few hours in morning before room service woke me up. Every time you walk through the hall it smells like weed, coming from different rooms. People blaring loud music. Just horrible guests at this place. Everything else 5 stars.

It was the worst experience ever . They had roaches in the tub, and in the sink, they say the mattress was Queen size, but it was full size.
