An experience you will want to forget.
This place is great if you were a friend of the 1990s show Cops. At any given time there were at least 2 usually 3 cop cars handling various police matters throughout the establishment. Behind the bulletproof glass on the lobby, if wait about half an hour and the receptionist comes out and checks you. During the wait it’s a good time to read all the poorly written warning signs about what illicit activities are prohibited. Once you get to your room, make sure you walk over the floor boards which are no longer intact, just like the bathroom door. The other guests seemed to all know each other, which made me feel awkward as I am not on the SOR or ever spent anytime in the Illinois State Prison system.

I booked my room in advance but was denied service due to my ID being expired. Even though I tried to show them my credit cards and even social security card they would not allow me to check in. So just days before Christmas I am out the cost of the room and was left with nowhere to sleep for the night. Extremely unhappy with how unprofessional the staff was

He first room was infested with roach. I had to go back and forth with the desk clerk to get another room. I was seeking a discount due to the inconvenience, the clerk refused to give me a discount or another room.

Not the best.
It smelled like cigarettes. The tub drained very slowly. There were cigarette burns on the bedsheets. It was dirty. Wouldn't recommend with a family. No microwave no refrigerator. Customer service sucks.
