Terrible. Paid for a room then right before I get to the hotel they email me(thankfully I randomly checked my email). They tell me they filled my room. I called very irritated and was told there was nothing they could do. Then I go to another hotel and they call me at almost 11 at night upset because I hadn’t shown up to my room. Absolutely ridiculous and horribly managed. I woke up today checked my statement and they still charged me.

So already got to this place staff was polite but at first I was given the wrong room but nevertheless I will not be going back to this place again the tv didn’t work here and it was dirtier than I thought it was just one of my worst place to go to ever looks okay from the exterior but once inside you come to regret this place!

Old hotel
Just a 1 night stay and would never go back! Check-in was smooth, but they still use paper for reservations. It’s unsafe; a homeless man was sleep in the stairway, leading to the rooms, because the door doesn’t lock. It smells really old in the hallway and the carpet is dirty. The rooms have old furniture and the ceiling was caving in.

It was absolutely horrifying experience!!! It wasn't very dirty and outdated! I tried to talk to front desk Clark and show him photos that I took,but he didn't want to listen,noir look at those photos, instead he said," anything else"...if not than Good buy! If could get very sick,if you decide to stay longer/dusty carpet,sticky table& furnitures, night stands/spots all over,just nasty!

Horrible place.
Old hotel, everything is braking apart carpet with stains, cigarette burns all over and horrible smell. The continental breakfast they offer is cereal and coffee nothing else.

This place was affordable! The manager runs a tight ship, and is nice! The rooms are tucked away from the road, and we could barely hear the airplanes! It’s not the cleanest, but it’s clean in the ways you need it to be. A shuttle to O’Hare was advertised and there’s not one, but there’s a bus stop that takes you to the L train station which will take you to O’Hare or down through the loop, it costs $1.75 per trip per person. Happy with our stay!

Hey, if your not to picky , this place is affordable and cheap, don’t let the reviews keep you away, I had a good 3 days . Aside from the constant noise outside from the planes and cars, it was great

UNHEALTHY, STINKS
If you want to stay in a SLUM, this is your answer. Ground in dirt along most surfaces. Wrinkled curtains covered what appeared to be black mold and dirt along window sill and side. Rug marred by eaten away holes and stains. Wallpaper peeling in places and marred by stains. Only track left where a sliding closet door once had been. Dirty walls. Found what appeared to be a dead intestinal worm wrapped up in a folded towel. The smell more appropriately could be called a stench. I stayed as I was way to tired to be behind the wheel of a car. I have pictures. Hotel does NOT offer breakfast as advertised though I never would eat there Clerk unconcerned about condition. I emailed management and asked for refund due to hazardous health condition of property. This listing should be removed from hotel list. The Illinois Health Department should not allow the property to be available until property is cleaned and repaired. DO NOT STAY HERE!
