For a property that claimed to smoking or drug use was allowed. Plenty of both was going on here. The rooms do not have a fridge, so don’t bother thinking you’re going to keep a couple of waters cold. Very dissatisfied and will never stay at this or any Red Roof Inn.

Property didnt look bad from the outside, front desk gentleman was extremely nice. The room wasnt horrible, but the smell was! The room just had, what i woupd call, a wet dog smell. The tub was rolled with "bed liner" non skid. Just not worth the cost!

I got Pimped!!! 😡😡😡
I booked thru Hotel.com for originally 2 nights. I tried to edit the booking to 3 nights soon after realizing the error. I reached out to CS, which didn't help. They actually made it worse by allowing the hotel to steal my money. First for not being able to edit my days, then suggested I create another booking with the correct dates. I would then hope to get the original booking refunded. I couldn't get my room because I lost my card on the way to the hotel. So I couldn't pay for my room. They still charged my card as if I checked into both rooms anyway. Hotels.com should've suggested to cancel the booking and book it the correct way, especially knowing they don't have the power to correct anything the hotel does.

This not right to treat guests like this and let things going on around the property. This not for people like us stay here because it's unmanageable, Manager Ms Erica treated me different. And basically took my money because I can't be refunded back my money and things goes on like this. Not far to us guests to stay here not safe for us to stay in this type of environment. Homeless people asking for money when we go into to check in. That's not fare so I would like my money back. I'm very upset

Dirty room, dirty linen and bedding. Bed not changed from previous guest just refilled. There were wet stains and body hair on bedding. I went to Costco and bought a bed in a bag because there were no other rooms available. Noisy guests drinking and smoking in the walkway outside the room until past 2 am. Don’t stay here unless there is no where else to stay.
