Loved it. Me and my husband went for our anniversary and this was the perfect location to stay at for everything we wanted to do! Jared & Aladdin were amazing with valet. Jamal was great with checking us in and so were the guest services and cleaning services that were provided. Very safe and quick to respond and resolve any concerns I had! Would stay here again, the view was amazing !!!

We booked a Riverview room and were blown away by the amazing view. Also, this hotel is very convenient to so many points of interest, shopping, restaurants, and most importantly, the river walk. Our only issues were the cars doing donuts EVERY night at the corner at around 2:00 am and the very strong weed smell that was all over the hotel. We aren’t prudes by any means, but it smelled like skunk weed. Gross.

Overall our time spent at your hotel was enjoyable. The location was ideal. The food and drinks in the downstairs restaurant/bar was great and the atmosphere was nice. Our room was clean and had a nice view but it barely got cool and made it slightly uncomfortable. The downside would be the front desk experience upon check in. It wasn’t as friendly and inviting as we would have hoped or expected. The early check in fee when there were an abundance of rooms available was also different from the numerous hotels and resorts we have stayed in in the past. But nonetheless we would give the stay an 7.5/10 rating. Thank you

I want to stress the hotel staff were exemplary. As for Hoyt's, Paul was amazing and most other staff seemed to be disinterested in customer service, at best. The same two staffers on both Friday and Saturday nights literally watched football on an iPad or did nothing at all while we watched Paul run the whole bar. Speaking of, what kind of hotel doesn't have a bartender until 4pm? Absurd.
