I enjoyed the view from the room and being able to see Chicago’s skyline. However I didn’t like the fact that on a Saturday night the hotel rooftop bar closed at 9pm and also we had food we wanted to warm up and they wanted a $25 fee to use the microwave. The room was clean and modern and it’s nice being able to enjoy navy pier in the same building

Our room gave us an exceptional view of Lake Michigan. The staff and valet were incredibly professional. This location has restaurants and entertainment options if you want to park and not leave the Pier.
