We had a corner unit overlooking Grant park which was the saving grace of this place. Cleanliness was just OK. Had 1 box of Kleenex and 1 roll of TP for an entire week. Also 1 packet of coffee. So the place was not stocked well. Also had to wash our towels during the week since we were only given 2 bath towels (these also had to be used for the pool). The fan/light over the stove was broken (didn't work). The location is nice with great walkability and the pool and hottub were really nice amenities. Bed was comfy. I'd stay here again, only if the price was right.

While we were in our room, a man walked into our room. My husband and I were in a compromised position and it was a hotel/building employee. I am still mortified! How can anyone just do that? Not even knock? The door was locked!! The stairways are really dirty and the lobby stays crowed it seems.

We stayed stayed at the Sentral for a business/family trip. This hotel is beautiful and accommodating. Sandra at the front desk was the sweetest and made check in a breeze, even allowing us to check in early. The room was clean, however there was a burn mark on the kitchen floor and it appeared as it was not vacuumed. Otherwise the room was wonderful, we would definitely stay here again!

The only place you should stay in Chicago
Outstanding stay! The apartment are absolutely perfect so comfortable and well decorated beds are incredibly comfortable shower pressure and temperature was perfect. The staff are by far the best I’ve ever interacted with especially Sandra and Sadio top notch service extremely helpful and kind made the entire stay that much more enjoyable. This will probably be the only place o stay and recommend when going to Chicago.

Great location! About 1.5 miles from McCormick
Fabulous stay! This is right near the Hilton Chicago on South Michigan. I was there with a colleague for a conference. We each had our own bathroom & bedroom, plus a shared living area with a full kitchen, TV, & couch. Bed was super comfortable, water pressure in shower was excellent, & very clean. You CANNOT beat the price! It’s a little over a mile from McCormick. We will definitely stay again.
