They send me to a room no clean yet arrived there the keys not working going back down stairs for new room I didn’t know like that room No refrigerator no microwave Resquest next day if they can clean the room they didn’t clean but the front desk put me in an other by mistake. They were asking me to leave the room. I have to go back down stairs to show my reservation Too much going on I didn’t feel welcome there

There was a hair in the bathtub when I got in there and I left it for the cleaning service and it was still there when I got back to the room. Otherwise very comfy beds and nice rooms
