Clean, friendly, convenient, beautiful building, self parking was a great option to the valet that was also offered. Close walk to everything, cta lines, waterfront. Would definitely recommend.

Staff was very responsive to a minor issue in the bathroom. Bar was great with its signature take on an Old Fashioned drink. Coffee provided gratis with grab and go breakfasts available. Convenient to Millenium Park, and other downtown attractions. Decor is classic and in some cases a bit dated looking. Bed Room and Bathroom are spacious and beds are very comfortable.

Great location for both business and tourists Despite being next to the L you can barely hear it at night. It’s a great old hotel with a friendly staff. The rooms are comfortable, quiet and clean
