Second time staying here and it was superb. We love the location and hotel. Noteworthy, the high ceilings, decor, hospitality, easy check in, nearby parking with decent rates for location, complimentary drinks, clean and comfortable room, spacious bathroom, historical character... i.e the old mailbox on the 2nd floor/old elevator buttons, a block from the Bean, and so many great restaurants nearby.

Fantastic staff - able to check-in early and upgraded to suite. Nice reception area and exceptional access to the elevated loop. Close to major downtown activities and museums. Rooms comfortable, but need more (preferably overhead) lighting. We enjoyed our stay.
