This was my second stay. The hotel and rooms were pretty, clean, and comfortable. The prices were reasonable. The complimentary breakfast( waffles and coffee) were very good! Staff was cheery and friendly. Short walk to McDonalds was nice. Will stay again and again!

I arrived 4 hours early and was checked in asap I was so glad because I was exhausted from the trip. I stayed for 4 nights and it was what I expect from a hotel, To be left alone , to feel safe and friendly employees. I enjoyed the complementary breakfast and my stay over all.

The second I walked into room 300 after spending 250$ on the room, I walked into complete FILTH! I instantly took pictures the second I walked in of all the dirty, unsanitary things in the room. Literally looked like the room hasnt gotten thoroughly cleaned for I dont even know how long!! Im definitely going to be posting pictures on all social media sites! 250$ for a room that was horrible. And got told that I "couldnt get a refund"

Great for RTC Graduate Families
Very close to RTC Great Lakes. It was fun to see the Navy decor and the other Sailors and their families stay at the hotel. It was clean and affordable.

I like the location of the property. It was very close to the naval base. Noone loitering around the property which made it feel somewhat safe. I did not like the condition of my room beds were dirty and some of the cable channels did not work.
