Hotel overbooked. Shuttle was not at airport. Took an Uber to the hotel only to find 40+ in line waiting for an available room. I was told to find alternative accommodations without any assistance.

I loved my stay at this hotel. Rooms were so clean. Staff was super friendly they made our stay super special got upgraded room as vip guest. I will definitely recommend this hotel and I will definitely go back whenever I visit Chicago again.

Great hotel, reasonably priced by O’Hare
This is a really good hotel. The rooms are very comfortable and very clean. The shower is fabulous! Better than home! The desk staff are super welcoming and helpful. Athena was particularly helpful! This is our 3rd stay here and we will definitely stay here again. One of these times we will eat at Harry Carey’s, but Panera is across the street and we like that, too. There is an airport shuttle every half hour.
